Harlan Camp is name after Thomas P. Harlan, the promoter of the St. Louis, Rocky Mountain and Pacific Railroad which ran through Cimarron Canyon. Built in 1906, it was later purchased by the Santa Fe system, then abandoned, with the track removed in 1942.
Harlan was closed after the Ute Park fire in 2018. Reopened in 2025.
